Rejuvenate Candlelit Yoga

We will start the day with gentle candlelit yoga to help you relax and recharge, taking a break from the demands of life, and helping you get into a relaxed state for the day.

Coffee and Tasty Treats

Followed with a well-earned coffee and tea break with a nibble or two, homemade  delights, made by our fabulous Jools from The Rainbow Kitchen. Her food truly makes these days special. Come with an appetite, you won't regret it.

​Dare to Dream, Planning Me-Time â€‹

Imagine giving yourself the gift of time—time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. During this special hour at our retreat, you’ll have the chance to step away from life’s endless demands and focus on what you want more of in your life.

What would your ideal life look like if there were no limits? Is it a more fulfilling career? Stronger relationships? The freedom to travel, try a new hobby, or simply experience more joy and balance? Together, we’ll explore these questions and let go of the fears and "what ifs" that often hold us back.

This session is designed to help you dream boldly, uncover what’s standing in your way, and take that first small but powerful step toward making those dreams a reality. Come with an open mind, and leave with clarity, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose. Your next chapter starts here.

Making it Fun 

To lighten the mood after some serious contemplation, my favourite bit, the organised fun! Many ladies from the retreats say, ‘I don’t do games, that’s not my thing’. However, after this session, they were all smiles and energised again ready for food. Honestly, my highest priority is for you to feel comfortable and have a good day. You can join in as much, or as little as you want.
 

Afternoon Tea & Prosecco 

Then it’s downstairs for a delicious Afternoon tea, home-made again by Jools. I have to say, people always comment on how exceptional Jools' food is, to the point that some have said the food was the best bit about their day!

Sound Bath Guided Relaxation

We will finish the day with a Sound Bath with the wonderful Nicky from Sound and Ground, this Guided Relaxation helps your subconscious take in all that you have learned and relax you into a deep state of yogic sleep. Walk away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. (*Please ensure this is suitable by reading the important information below).

Sound Bath Guided Relaxation 

This experience offers you an hour to simply rest and immerse yourself in sound, guided by qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner Nicky from Sound and Ground.

The session begins with a gentle meditation, designed to help you release tension and fully relax. From there, Nicky will play a variety of sound therapy instruments, including gongs, chimes, drums, and singing bowls, creating a journey of imagination through evocative sounds.

Sound therapy has numerous benefits, particularly for stress relief and overall mental well-being. Research shows that sound meditation can significantly reduce anxiety, improve mood, and help you feel more balanced.

During the sound bath, you may drift into a peaceful sleep, daydream, deeply relax, process emotions, or simply enjoy the soothing sounds. Each experience is entirely unique, and there’s no right or wrong way to feel—just let go and allow the sounds to transport you to a place of calm and restoration.
